My Story
After 20 years as a teacher, I wanted to build on my skills and support children in a deeper way – especially those struggling with emotional difficulties. Over the years, I have worked closely with children and families affected by trauma. I have seen first hand how this can lead to emotional, behavioural and social challenges. My years in the classroom taught me not only about academic learning, but also about the importance of emotional wellbeing for every child’s development. Through my experience, I have seen just how powerful play can be in helping children process big feelings, build resilience, and rediscover joy. I felt a strong calling to help. That’s why I chose this path. I believe every child deserves the chance to thrive. At PIPS, I create a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn and grow through play. With the right support, they can grow in confidence and move toward a brighter, healthier future. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey!
