
One to one sessions
Play therapy gives children a safe and consistent space to explore feelings, build confidence, and work through difficult experiences – all through play, their natural way of communicating. Instead of relying only on words, children can use toys, art, or music to express themselves. This makes it easier for them to share what they might find hard to say out loud.
Session details
Sessions are one-to-one, 45 minutes each, at the same time each week to create a sense of safety and routine. For best results, we recommend at least 12 weekly sessions.

Every child is unique, and therapy is tailored to their individual needs in a gentle, child-led way. I work with children in schools, healthcare settings, community groups, and private practice.
