Group sessions
Group play therapy offers the same safe, consistent environment as one-to-one sessions, with clear boundaries and support. Children use play, art, or music to explore and express feelings that may be difficult to put into words. Working in a group also gives children the chance to share ideas and experiences, build social skills, and learn from each other. Groups can be tailored to support children who have experienced loss, family changes, bullying, low self-esteem, or difficulties forming and maintaining friendships.
